1. As a primer, before applying foundation, for a subtle and discreet glow and a finish with no trace of imperfections.

I so love CHARLOTTE TILBURY Hollywood Flawless Filter! I have been on the hunt for a liquid highlighter to lighten up my makeup looks with a glowier finish and this is it! It goes on the skin beautifully, with a really smooth and easy application and it also sits on the skin in a dream, not leaving it greasy or sticky. It leaves complexion with a wonderful glow, but nothing overwhelmingly sparkly or over the top. It provides a beautiful iluminating effect that looks very natural with a radiant youthful appearance. It is with no doubt the most versatile liquid highlighter I own, as it allows me to apply it in several different ways and I love the effect in all different applications. My favorite way to use it is blending it with my foundation. I tried mixing it with different types of foundations and it blends wonderfully well with all of them, not leaving any residue or patches. In fact, it works great to add a juicy effect to matte foundations, which sometimes can be too dense and not very natural-looking. Applied like this, my complexion is left radiant, looking much more natural and fresh. The shade I use is 3 light / medium, with an incredibly flattering soft peach hue. I also really like using it all over my face with no foundation for those days when I feel like wearing a fresh and simple look but with an even flawles scomplexion. CHARLOTTE TILBURY Hollywood Flawless Filter truly performs and finally I’m totally convinced to introduce the liquid highlighter into my makeup looks.
