Uff, this is a tough one for me. I’m not a fan of REN, to be honest. I’ve try only a few products, but I don’t like that they claim the products don’t cause irritation and then use fragrance in them (natural fragrance is still irritating). What would you say is your favourite product from them? I think I haven’t tried any of the ones on your first picture. I do love their packaging stance though, and wished every other brand would follow their footsteps when it comes to that.
I think Ren is a really sensorial brand where textures and fragrances play a big part in the products success. I love all the products I have tried from Ren so far (the 5 featured on the pictures) and I’m already planning to extend the collection. My skin is quite reactive but so far I haven’t experienced any irritation with any of them. My favorite product is the Radiance Glow Daily Vitamin C Gel Cream. This is actually the first Vitamin C skincare product my skin didn’t react to and it leaves my skin smooth, refreshed and naturally glowy. I love the lightweight texture and also the citric fragrance. In any case, if you are not fond of naturally fragranced skincare, Ren might not be the right skincare for you. I’ll be looking into the Vitamin C Gel Cream, I might have had bad luck with the products I’ve gotten so far. But yeah, I know a lot of people enjoy the sensorial experience, and I’m not totally opposed to it but I keep it at a minimum in my skincare routine because I’m scared of oversensitizing my skin. Keeping to minimum with skincare is actually very sensible. Most times we tend to use far too many products and active ingredients in a skincare routine and the result might be undesired breakouts or reactive skin. Thank you for all your comments!
¡Hola Blanca! ¡Qué ganas tengo de probar esta marca! Me lleva da mucha curiosidad y la veo en muchos sitios y nunca doy el paso. Me parece muy interesante el gel de vitamina C, pero ¿por dónde empezarías a probar la marca?
Hola! Todos los productos de Ren que he probado hasta ahora me encantan. Destaco sus texturas y sus fragancias, que son 100% naturales. Son productos muy sensoriales, sin tóxicos y además efectivos. Para empezar yo probaría el limpiador facial Rosa Centifolia No. 1 Purity Cleansing Balm. El precio es bueno y te da una idea clara del tipo de cosméticos que hace Ren. Limpia de maravilla y deja la piel suave y muy hidratada. La crema-gel de Vitamina C también puede ser una buena opción. Ya te comenté que tenía pendiente incorporar vitamina C a mi rutina de cuidado facial y me decidí a probar con esta. La verdad es que estoy encantada porque es el primer producto con vitamina C que no me ha producido reacciones cutáneas. Lleva ascorbyl glucoside en lugar de ácido ascórbico, menos efectivo pero más suave con la piel, ya que no tolero el ácido ascórbico. La textura es genial, ligera, se absorbe rápidamente y deja la piel naturalmente iluminada e hidratada con una fragancia cítrica muy agradable. De hecho, Ren tiene tantos productos que seguro que encuentras el más adecuado para tu tipo de piel y necesidades. Muchas gracias por leer y comentar!

I keep getting drawn to Ren, but have never been brave enough to properly try the brand. I find it quite expensive for what it is. I have a the evercalm overnight recovery balm from the Caroline Hirons winter kit that I’m quite excited to try though. Thanks for posting!

I use a couple of Evercalm range products, but haven’t tried the Overnight Recovery Balm though. I hope you love the brand too!
