En el proceso, he dado con algunos cosméticos que no sólo ofrecen resultados visibles si no que además son de lo más asequibles y se han convertido en imprescindibles. Estos productos forman parte de mi rutina de cuidado facial hecha a medida para mi piel seca y sensible con el objetivo de combatir la deshidratación, la irritación leve, la tez apagada, la falta de firmeza y las primeras arrugas.

My particular interest in skincare means I tried a fair bit of products over the years, trying to find the right skincare for my main skin concerns. Along the way, I’ve come across real skincare gems that not only provide visible results but also are very affordable. These products, are part of a bespoke skincare routine for my dry-sensitive skin, designed to fight dehydration, mild irritation, dull complexion, lack of firmness and small wrinkles.

BIODERMA Sensibio H2O Micellar Solution

Me resulta imposible calcular cuántos botes de BIODERMA Sensibio H2O Micellar Solution he usado a lo largo de los años. Este agua micelar es un limpiador facial estupendo para pieles sensibles. Práctico y versátil, elimina el maquillaje y el exceso de grasa de todo el rostro en dos minutos, dejando la piel limpia, fresca y suave. Es tan fácil de usar que nunca me da pereza quitarme el maquillaje antes de ir a dormir. Es extra suave pero a la vez súper eficiente y tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio, ya que el bote de 500ml dura muchísimo.

I can’t possibly work out the amount of BIODERMA Sensibio H2O Micellar Solution bottles I’ve used over the years. This is a wonderful face cleanser for sensitive skin. Practical and versatile, it removes a whole face of makeup and excess of oil in two effortless minutes, leaving skin clean, fresh and soft. So simple to use, I never feel lazy to remove my makeup before going to sleep. It’s extra gentle yet super efficient and a very good value for money, as the 500ml bottle goes a long way.

THE ORDINARY Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG

No muchas marcas de cosmética low cost sobreviven en la industria de la belleza, pero THE ORDINARY es una de las excepciones. Not many budget-friendy skincare brands manage to succeed for long in the beauty indiustry, but THE ORDINARY is one of the exceptions. The brand counts with many best-sellers and is well known for the specific formulation products that manage to provide visible results at very affordable prices. Like wise, many products claim to reduce dark circles, but not all of them succeed like THE ORDINARY Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG, even less so for under 10€. I have very sensitive skin around the eye area and need to be very careful with the products I apply to avoid redness, irritiation and swollen eyes. With continued use, THE ORDINARY Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG soothes skin, reduces puffiness and diminishes dark circles effectively. I love to apply it in the mornings to give a fresh look the my eyes, as it helps to depuff and to brighten the eye contour.

DR. HAUSCHKA Lip Balm

DR. HAUSCHKA no es exactamente una marca económica, pero este bálsamo labial cuesta menos de 10 € y funciona tan increíblemente bien para los labios secos que vale la pena gastar un poco más de lo que normalmente vale un bálsamo labial. Al tener la piel seca, sufro de labios muy agrietados. He probado varios bálsamos labiales, pero ninguno funciona tan bien como DR. HAUSCHKA. Lip Balm. Repara los labios secos y agrietados dejándolos súper suaves al instante y visiblemente reparados con el uso continuado. HAUSCHKA is not exactly a budget-friendly skincare brand, but this lip balm is under 10€ and it works so amazingly well on dry lips, it’s worth spending a bit more than the cost of a basic lip chapstick. Having dry skin, I suffer from on going super chapped lips. I’ve tried several lips treatments but none works as good as DR. HAUSCHKA Lip Balm. It repairs dry, cracked lips leaving them baby smooth instantly and visibly repaired with continued use. I love how my lips look healthier and younger since using this lip balm treatment regurlarly. With no doubt, this is the most repairing lip balm I ever used, plus it’s formulated with skin-loving, natural ingredients.

THE INKEY LIST Hyaluronic Acid

THE INKEY LIST es otra gran marca low cost con una amplia variedad de productos formulados para tratar una gran cantidad de problemas de la piel. Uno de mis favoritos es THE IKEY LIST Hyaluronic Acid, un serum hidratante con el que puedo tratar mi piel súper seca a una parte del precio de la mayoría de cosméticos con este poderoso ingrediente hidratante. Con una excelente formulación, una textura no pegajosa de rápida absorción y un uso sorprendentemente versátil, este serum de ácido hialurónico es un producto básico imprescindible. Deja mi piel suave, tersa y radiante al instante. Es un producto increíble para aplicar después de la limpieza para retener la hidratación y al ser tan ligero, no graso, ni pegajoso, permite aplicar encima otros cosméticos y el maquillaje.

One of my favorites is THE INKEY LIST Hyaluronic Acid, a great hydrating serum I can treat my very dry skin with, at a fraction of the price of most skincare with this powerful moisture-binding ingredient. With a great formulation, non-sticky and fast-absorving texture, and surprising versatile use, this hyaluronic acid serum is a total must-have skincare product. It leaves my skin smooth, plumped and instantly glowy. This is an amazing product to apply after cleansing to lock in moisture and being so lighweight, non-greasy or sticky it allows to build up other skincare and makeup.

THE ORDINARY Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution

Me encanta este tónico de THE ORDINARY. Tengo la piel sensible y debo tener mucho cuidado con los principios activos agresivos asI como mantenerme alejada de los exfoliantes mecánicos. THE ORDINARY Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution es una excelente manera de incorporar el ácido glicólico a cualquier rutina de cuidado facial. Eficaz pero lo suficientemente suave como para usarlo incluso en pieles sensibles, este tónico exfolia químicamente la piel dejándola instantáneamente más luminos y suave. Effective yet gentle enough to be used even in sensitive skin, this toner chemically exfoliates skin leaving it instantly brighter and smoother. Since using it regularly, I noticed my skin tone is more even and it has cleared the small breakouts in my chin. THE ORDINARY Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution is super affordable and the 200ml bottle really lasts long. I use it in my face and neck on aternate days and the full bottle lasts for about six months.

BYBI Strawberry Booster Oil

Con ingredientes exclusivamente naturales, este aceite booster es el rescate perfecto para mi piel seca y deshidratada. Qué puede aber mejor que este retinol súper asequible respaldado por miles de excelentes reseñas de consumidores reales? Si estás a punto de introducir el retinol en tu rutina de cuidado facial y si tienes más de 30 años deberías considerar hacerlo más pronto que tarde, THE INKEY LIST Retinol es la mejor opción por sus múltiples beneficios para la piel y su precio inmejorable. Tambien ha mejorado en cuanto a firmeza y las pequeñas arrugas y líneas de expresión son menos visibles. Este es con diferencia, el mejor retinol que he probado y mi producto favorito de THE INKEY LIST.

If your’re about to introduce retinol to your skincare routine and if your’re over 30 you should consider doing it sooner than later, THE INKEY LIST Retinol is the best option due to its multiple skin benefits and unbeatable price. I really like this retinol serum because it does what retinol should do, but with no irritation whatsoever. It has a really nice fast-absorbing texture with a lovely fragrance and since using it, my skin texture has really improved, is the softest and smoothest I ever remember, and my skin tone is more even. My skin is also firmer and small lines and wrinkles are less visible. This is by far the best retinol I ever tryed and my favorite product from THE INKEY LIST.
