Una de las mejores cosas de ser bloguera de belleza y creadora de contenido es que tienes la posibilidad de descubrir marcas independientes que ponen toda su pasión en la creación de sus productos y se rigen por prácticas transparentes y sostenibles. Recientemente, he tenido la oportunidad de descubrir PLANTED Skincare, una marca de cosméticos naturales que me ha obsequiado un set de cosméticos de rostro y cuerpo.

If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you are probably aware health, wellbeing, and sustainability are part of my lifestyle. When it comes to beauty products, I try to make healthy, clean and eco-responsible choices, which means I always feel drawn to clean, natural and  eco-friendly beauty brands. One of the best things of being a beauty blogger and content creator is that you get the chance to discover independent beauty brands with a transparent and sustainable approach that put lots of love in the creation of their products. I recently had the amazing opportunity to try PLANTED Skincare, a natural skincare brand that kindly gifted me a gorgeous bundle of skincare and body products.

PLANTED Skincare es una marca británica de cosmética natural fundada en 2016. Con el objetivo de eliminar ingredientes tóxicos de los cosméticos, PLANTED Skincare elabora productos que sólo tienen ingredientes naturales beneficiosos para la piel, por lo que no vas a encontrar químicos nocivos en sus formulaciones. Todos sus productos son cruelty free, van en envases reciclables, están hechos a mano y producidos en pequeñas cantidades.

PLANTED Skincare is a UK brand stablished in 2016. With the mission to remove toxic ingredients from skincare, PLANTED Skincare makes products with only natural and skin-loving ingredients, so you won’t find any nasty chemicals in their formulations. All products are cruelty free, come in recyclable packaging. are made by hand and produced in small batches.

Es sorprendente la cantidad de químicos tóxicos e ingredientes nocivos que hay en los productos de belleza convencionales. Por eso cada vez hay más consumidores concienciados que se decantan por la cosmética natural. You would be surprised the amount of toxic chemicals and harmful ingredients hidden in conventional, beauty products. With more conscious consumers that favor clean, non-toxic beauty, there are many brands which use the terms natural and clean as a marketing claim, but they are actually including toxic ingredients in their formulations. It’s promising to come across brands like PLANTED Skincare with genuine non-toxic formulations and exclusively made with natural ingredients. Reading the ingredients list of PLANTED Skincare products you realise how transparent and natural the formulations are. Ingredients are identified by their most common names, so you actually know what you are applying to your skin.

Nutrient Rich Face Cream

Se trata de una crema nutritiva y regenerante para todo tipo de pieles que se puede aplicar mañana y noche. Esta crema tiene una textura consistente de color amarillo que se transforma en untuosa cuando entra en contacto con la piel. Su singular color amarillo da a mi piel un acabado luminoso muy saludable e iguala el tono. Con su fragancia delicada y sensorial de lavanda y geranio, esta crema es un lujo para los sentidos.

This is a nourishing and regenerating cream for all skin types that can be applied day and night. This cream has a thick texture that instantly transforms into soft butter when in contact with skin. The unique yellow color gives my skin a beautiful healthy glow and evens my complexion. With a delicate yet uplifting lavender and geranium fragrance, this cream is a treat for the senses.

Esta crema rica se adapta muy bien a mi piel seca y sensible. Como su textura es bastante densa, prefiero utilizarla en mi rutina de noche. Su fragancia a lavanda es muy calmante y me ayuda a relajarme antes de ir a dormir. Además su textura untuosa es perfecta para dar un ligero masaje a mi piel. Su formulación es súper nutritiva pero nada grasa y deja mi piel tersa, calmada y protegida. Por la mañana me despierto con la piel suave, sana y luminosa. Cunde muchísimo, por lo que recomiendo aplicar sólo una pequeña cantidad para cubrir cara y cuello. Funciona de maravilla para combatir el aspecto apagado de la piel, mejorar la suavidad, calmar y proteger la barrera cutánea.

My skin is very dry and this rich cream works amazingly well for my very dry and sensitive skin. As the cream is in the thicker side, I reserve it for my nighttime routine. The lavender scent helps me to relax before going to sleep plus the rich texture is perfect to gently massage my skin when applying it. The super nourishing yet non-greasy formulation leaves my skin supple, soothed and protected and I wake up to soft, healthy and glowy skin. This cream goes a long way, so I recommend applying only a little bit to cover face and neck. It works wonders to combat dull skin, improve softness, soothe skin and protect the skin barrier.

Me encanta la formulación no comedogénica y súper natural de esta crema. Solo utiliza ingredientes naturales y valoro enormemente el hecho de que no haya químicos en su formulación. Sus ingredientes clave son agua de rosas para equilibrar los niveles de PH, calmar la piel y proteger la barrera cutánea. Aceite de semilla de granada para renovar y reparar la piel. Aceite de rosa de mosqueta para iluminar la piel, minimizar las manchas oscuras y suavizar la textura de la piel. Aceite de semilla de frambuesa con propiedades antioxidantes y antiinflamatorias además de protección natural contra los rayos UVA y UVB y daño de los rayos UV. También me encanta que va en un envase pulsador hermético de plástico reciclable y que está elaborado con un 66% de ingredientes de origen orgánico.

I absolutely love the non comedogenic, super natural formula of this cream. It only uses natural ingredients and I truly appreciate the fact there are no nasty chemicals in its formulation. The key ingredients are rose water to balance PH levels, sooth skin and protect the skin barrier. Pomegranate seed oil to renew and repair skin. Rosehip oil to brighten skin minimize dark spots and smooth skin texture. Raspberry seed oil with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties plus natural UVA and UVB protection and UV damage. I also love it comes in a recyclable plastic airless pump container and that is made with 66% organic origin ingredients.

Oil Cleanser with Black Cumin and Raw Honey

Este aceite limpiador totalmente natural elimina el maquillaje y las impurezas de todo tipo de pieles. Su textura gel-crema limpia sin arrastrar los aceites naturales de la piel ni dejarla seca o tirante. Me encanta este limpiador porque se adapta a la perfección a mi piel seca y sensible. Con una mezcla de aceites de plantas, miel y aceites esenciales, elimina el maquillaje y la suciedad acumulada y deja mi piel suave y calmada.

This all natural oil cleanser sweeps away makeup and impurities of all skin types. The gel-to-cream texture cleanses without stripping skin’s natural oils or leaving skin feeling tight. This oil cleanser suits my very dry, sensitive skin to perfection. With a blend of plant oils, raw honey and essential oils, it removes makeup and the day’s grime leaving my skin soft and soothed.

Me encanta usar este aceite limpiador como primer paso de mi rutina de doble limpieza. Lo aplico sobre mi piel seca y masajeo su textura gel que se transforma en cremosa al incorporar un poco de agua. Se retira fácilmente y deja mi piel limpia, suave y sana.

I love using this oil cleanser as the first step of my double cleansing routine. I apply it to my dry skin and massage the gel texture, which transforms into a milky cream when adding some water. It removes effortlessly and it leaves my skin feeling clean, soft and healthy.

Este es un limpiador ideal para los días de cuidado personal, ya que se puede dejar actuando como mascarilla durante 10 minutos para una limpieza profunda y potenciar las propiedades de los ingredientes. Se retira con la muselina orgánica que lo acompaña, previamente humedecida. Un lujo para la piel que queda fresca y lista para otros cosméticos. Con una fragancia herbal muy natural, este limpiador también resulta calmante y refrescante para los sentidos.

This is a lovely cleanser for self-care days, as you can leave it on as a mask for 10 minutes for a deep cleanse and to boost the ingredients properties. You can then remove it using the organic muslin cloth that comes with it, previously dampened. A treat for the skin that feels afresh and ready for other skincare products. With a natural herbal scent, this oil cleanser also feels soothing and refreshing for the senses.

Los ingredientes clave de este limpiador son el aceite de semilla de meadowfoam, que equilibra la producción de sebo. Miel para eliminar las células muertas de la piel y retener la hidratación. Aceite de semilla de comino negro para tratar la pigmentación, el acné y las pequeñas arrugas, a la vez que alivia el enrojecimiento y la irritación. Incienso y mirra para potenciar la elasticidad y proteger la piel.

The key ingredients of this cleanser are meadowfoam seed oil, which balances sebum production. Raw honey to remove dead skin cells and bind moisture. Black cumin seed oil to treat pigmentation, acne and fine lines whilst soothing redness and irritation. Frankincense and myrth to boost elasticity and protect skin.

Circulation Boosting Orange Coffee Scrub

Este exfoliante natural es un auténtico producto multitarea. Elimina las células muertas, ayuda a combatir la celulitis, las estrías y los pelos enquistados a la vez que estimula la circulación sanguínea. Se puede usar para la cara y el cuerpo, pero la piel de mi cara es extremadamente fina y delicada y siempre evito los exfoliantes faciales. Sin embargo, me encanta para el cuerpo. Sufro de circulación de retorno lenta y me encanta el efecto tonificante que este exfoliante da a mis piernas, dejándolas más ligeras y con más energía.

This natural scrub is a real multitasker. It removes dead cells, it helps to tackle cellulite, stretch marks and ingrown hairs, whilst boosting blood circulation. It can be used for face and body, but my face skin is extremely thin and delicate and I always avoid face scrubs. However, I adore using it for my body. I suffer from slow return blood circulation and I love the healthy boost this scrub gives to my legs, which feel lighter and more energised after use.

Este exfoliante es tan sensorial, literalmente huele a café dulce, que despierta los sentidos, y me encanta el efecto tonificante que deja en mi cuerpo después de usarlo. Masajeo suavemente el exfoliante en mi piel húmeda y luego lo dejo secar durante 5 minutos, siguiendo las instrucciones de uso. Después de enjuagar, mi piel está súper suave, luminosa y renovada.

This scrub is so sensory, it literally smells of sweet coffee, which wakes up the senses, and I love the invigorating effect it leaves in my body after using it. I gently massage the scrub into my wet skin and then let it dry for 5 minutes, as directed. After rinsing, my skin feels soft and looks glowing and anew.

Key ingredients of this scrub are organic coffee, which reduces pigmentation and fights skin redness and inflammation. Unrefined cane sugar, a natural glycolic acid that reveals brighter skin, Shea butter that protects skin. Avocado oil which promotes elasticity and heals skin. Sweet orange that balances body and mind. 

Virgin Shea and Cocoa Whipped Body Butter

Me encantan todos los productos PLANTED Skincare que he probado, pero esta crema corporal es definitivamente mi favorito. Esta es una de las cremas corporales más nutritivas y reparadoras que he probado. Tengo la piel corporal atópica y este producto está funcionando de maravilla para aliviar el picor, calmar y reparar la piel mientras la restaura a su estado saludable.

I love all PLANTED Skincare products I tried, but this body butter is definitely my favorite. This is one of the most nourishing body butters I ever tried. I suffer from atopic body skin and this body butter is working wonders to relieve itchiness, soothe and repair skin whilst restoring it to its healthy self.

Me encanta la delicada fragancia dulce de esta crema corporal, y su textura es fabulosa, rica y consistente pero de rápida absorción, que deja mi piel corporal profundamente nutrida y con una luminosidad natural duradera. Realmente es una crema muy suntuosa y lujosa, llena de beneficios para la piel y cero ingredientes tóxicos.

I absolutely love the delicate sweet fragrance of this body butter, and the texture is so dreamy, rich and thick yet fast absorbing, leaving my body skin deeply nourished with a lasting, natural glow. It really is a very sumptuous and luxurious cream, full of skin-loving ingredients and zero nasty chemicals.

Los ingredientes clave de esta crema corporal natural son manteca de karité, que hidrata profundamente, restaura la elasticidad y proporciona protección UV. Manteca de cacao para retener la hidratación y suavizar la piel. Aceite esencial de lavanda, para calmar el cuerpo y la mente. Aceite esencial de geranio para tonificar la piel y protegerla del daño ambiental.

The key ingredients of this natural body butter are shea butter, which deeply hydrates, restores elasticity and provides UV protection. Cocoa butter to lock in moisture and soften skin. Lavender essential oil, to calm and soothe body and soul. Geranium essential oil to tone skin and protect from environmental damage.

En resumen, estos cuatro productos son de gran calidad y son increíblemente sensoriales. Realmente son un placer para los sentidos con sus texturas maravillosas, formulaciones totalmente naturales y fragancias divinas. Me encanta lo suave y calmada que dejan mi piel. Puedes notar todo lo bueno de la naturaleza en la piel al usarlos y me encanta el hecho de que son súper respetuosos con la piel. Siempre intento encontrar un momento para dedicar a mi misma, dejando a un lado el estrés y relajando mi cuerpo y mi mente cuidándome. Estos cuatro productos de PLANTED Skincare son perfectos para mi tiempo de cuidado personal.

In overview, these four products are high quality and very sensory to use. They really are a treat for the senses with their amazing textures, all natural formulations and heavenly fragrances. I absolutely love how soft, soothed and smooth they leave my skin. You can feel the goodness of nature doing its wonders when using these products and I really like the fact they are super gentle with my skin. Whenever I get the chance, I love leaving my hectic life aside and nurture my body and soul with some good quality self-care. I find these four PLANTED Skincare products wonderful additions to my self-care time.
