Llevaba cierto tiempo navegando en internet en busca de un esmalte de uñas de tonalidad blanca que no fuese un blanco puro. He probado varios esmaltes en blanco puro y son muy difíciles de aplicar, nunca quedan bien igualados y se notan mucho las pasadas del pincel.
I had been surfing the Internet for some time in search of a white hue nail polish that wasn’t a total white. I had tried several nail polishes in total white before and they were very difficult to apply, looked a bit cheap and didn´t self-level nicely.
Me fijé en ESSIE Gel Couture Pre Show Jitters porque es un blanco roto con un suave velo en rosa clarísimo. Ya había probado anteriormente ESSIE Gel Couture en el tono Spiked with Style. Tras su buen resultado, me decidí a comprar ESSIE Pre Show Jitters.
ESSIE Gel Couture Pre Show Jitters got my attention because it is an off white with a soft light pink veil. I had previously tried ESSIE Gel Couture in Spiked with Style and I was very happy with the result, so I finally got ESSIE Pre Show Jitters.
La semana pasada me animé a probar ESSIE Gel Couture Pre Show Jitters y me ha encantado! Fue aplicarlo y mis manos subieron de tono, se veían al instante más bronceadas y muy juveniles. El blanco roto es divino, resalta muchísimo pero sin desentonar y queda muy equilibrado. En la fotografía se puede apreciar el tono blanco roto del esmalte en comparación con el blanco puro del envase del top coat. Y precisamente este velo en rosa clarísimo es el que proporciona armonía a la intensidad del blanco.
Last week I tried ESSIE Gel Couture Pre Show Jitters and I loved it! Once applied, my hands changed dramatically, they instantly looked more tanned and youthful. The off white hue is divine, it really stands out but without any clashing and the shade is very balanced. You can appreciate in the picture below the off white hue of the nail polish compared to the total white of the top coat container. And this soft veil of very clear pink is the one which provides harmony to the white intensity.
ESSIE Gel Couture es un sistema de manicura de acabado en gel de dos pasos. Primero se aplica el color, siempre dos capas. La segunda capa se puede aplicar al terminar la primera capa en ambas manos y se finaliza con el top coat (envase blanco opaco).
ESSIE Gel Couture is a gel finish two-step manicure system. First apply the color, always two coats. The second coat can be applied straight after applying the first one on both hands. Finally, finish the procedure applying the top coat application (opaque white container).
La aplicación es rápida y sencilla por la textura densa y cremosa del esmalte y el pincel ancho. Una vez aplicadas dos capas de color, dejo pasar unos diez minutos. A continuación aplico el top coat. Dejo secar otros diez minutos y tengo garantizada una manicura sin marcas ni desperfectos y con un brillo increíble que dura durante días. En mi caso, la manicura me ha durado ocho días. Aunque no consigo de ningún modo que me dure hasta los catorce dias que promete ESSIE, ocho días de manicura perfecta para mí es todo un lujo.
The application is fast and easy thanks to the dense and creamy texture and the wide brush. Once the two coats of colour have been applied, I let dry for ten minutes. Then I apply the top coat. I let dry another ten minutes and I get a manicure with no marks and with an incredible shine that lasts for days. In my case, the manicure lasted a total of eight days. Although I can’t get it to last the fourteen days ESSIE promises, eight days of perfect manicure is more than I hoped for.
ESSIE Gel Couture Pre Show Jitters es un tono genial para llevar cuando llega el buen tiempo y sobretodo un must have en verano. Sé que voy a llevarlo non stop! Ya estoy deseando que llegue el verano para ver cómo queda en las uñas de los pies con unas sandalias negras o doradas.
ESSIE Gel Couture Pre Show Jitters is a great shade to wear with warm weather and it’s a must have for summer. I know I’m going to wear it non stop! I’m already looking forward to summer to see how it looks on my toenails with black or gold sandals.
