Mi reseña My review

Antecedentes Background

Debo admitir que soy bastante especial con las cremas hidratantes. He probado un montón a lo largo de los años, pero nunca he vuelto a comprar la misma porque ninguna acaba de ajustarse a las necesidades de mi piel (piel muy seca, sensible y con aspecto apagado). A pesar de que mi piel es muy seca, no me gustan las hidratantes intensas porque dejan mi piel con sensación pesada y con brillos indeseados, además tardan una eternidad en absorberse. Asimismo, las cremas hidratantes ligeras no consiguen hidratar lo suficiente, dejando mi piel seca, tirante y con aspecto apagado al cabo de pocas horas. Las cremas en textura gel tampoco me funcionan porque no se adhieren a mi piel, dejando restos de producto y aspecto irregular. Buscando la crema hidratante perfecta, me hice con una muestra de TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer. Al probarla, noté al instante que esta crema hidratante prometía y decidí comprar el tamaño grande cuando la muestra estaba a punto de agotarse.

I must admit I’m quite picky with moisturizers. I tried tons of moisturizers over the years but never managed to stick to the same one because none seems to match my skin needs (very dry, sensitive and dull skin). Although my skin is very dry, I hate rich moisturizers because they leave my skin heavy with product, greasy and shiny, plus they take forever to get absorbed. On the other hand, light moisturizers don’t hydrate well enough and after a couple of hours my skin feels and looks dry, tight and dull. Gel moisturizers don’t work for me either as they don’t stay on my skin and turn into patches. Always on the hunt for the next best moisturizing cream, I ordered a TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer mini. Upon trying it, I instantly felt this moisturizer was a promising one and I dind’t hesitate to order the full size once the sample was about to run out.

El envase es precioso y realmente se nota que es de calidad. Me encantan el frasco y dispensador reutilizables por el hecho de que solo necesito comprar recargas y así se reducen residuos de plástico. Además es muy higiénico porque el dispensador proporciona la cantidad exacta de producto sin la necesidad de introducir el dedo en la crema.

The packaging is beautiful and it truly feels quality. I love the reusable jar and pump because you only need to purchase pod refills, reducing plastic waste. The pump is also very higienic because it dispenses just enough product and wipes clean without having to dip my finger into the cream.

Textura Texture

Con una textura fresca en gel-crema, TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer es muy ligera al aplicarla. Noto mi piel hidratada pero no deja sensación grasa ni pesada en la piel, y esta es una de las cosas que más me gusta de esta crema. Sin tóxicos ni rellenos, TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer no contiene siliconas, pero deja mi piel increíblemente suave.

With a fresh gel-crème texture, TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer is very lighweight on application. I can really feel my skin moisturized but without leaving any heavy or greasy feeling on skin, which is one of the things I most love about this moisturizer. With no toxics or fillers, TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer is silicone-freeyet it leaves a really smooth feeling on my skin.

Fragancia Fragrance

Para mí, TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer huele de maravilla. Me encanta la fragancia cítrica ligera y refrescante con notas de naranja. La fragancia permanece durante aproximadamente media hora y luego se desvanece por completo. La fragancia natural no ha causado ninguna reacción a mi piel sensible.

For me TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer smells heavenly. I absolutely love the light and refreshing citrusy fragrance with distinctive orange notes. The fragrance lingers for about half an hour and totally fades away afterwards. The natural fragrance has worked just fine for my sensitive skin.

Me encanta el hecho de que puedo saltarme el paso del primer y tener la piel lista para el maquillaje, ya se absorbe rápidamente, no deja residuos y suaviza. La piel queda luminosa pero no brillante, que es exactamente lo que busco en una crema hidratante. Cuando uso esta crema, mi piel se ve radiante al instante y se mantiene fresca durante todo el día. Calma la piel y al no ser oclusiva no produce brillos ni grasa a lo largo del día. Me encanta usar TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer por las mañanas porque tiene una de las mejores fórmulas que he probado para aplicar debajo del maquillaje. Las bases y CC creams se aplican de manera uniforme y el maquillaje queda más fresco, permaneciendo inalterable por más tiempo.

TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer works as a moisturizer-primer hybrid. I love that I can save the primer step and still have makeup-ready skin, as it absorbs quickly, it doesn’t leave any residue and it primes my skin wonderfully. Skin is left dewy but not shiny, which is exactly what I look for in a moisturizer. When I use this moisturizer my skin looks instantly radiant and it stays fresh all day. It soothes skin instantly and being non-oculusive, it doesn’t make my face go greasy or shiny throughout the day. I like to apply TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer in the mornings because is one of the best formulas I ever tried to go under makeup. Foundations and CC creams apply evenly and makeup feels fresher, staying flawless for longer.

Para mí, el resultado duradero más notable que he apreciado desde que utilizo TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer es lo suave que ha dejado mi piel. Comencé a notar los efectos solo después de unos pocos días de uso. Contiene AHA’s que ayudan a suavizar la piel pero no es irritante en absoluto, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que mi piel es sensible.

For me the most noticeable long term result I got since using TATA HARPER Water-Lock Moisturizer is the permanent smoothing effect it has left in my skin. I started noticing the effects just after few days of use. It contains AHA’s which contribute to smooth skin surface, but it´s not irritating at all, and considering my skin is sentitive this is a real plus.

En general, me encanta esta crema hidratante porque en un solo paso mi rostro queda hidratado y luminoso y mi piel permanece hidratada todo el día sin brillos indeseados ni sensación grasa. Ha dejado mi piel super suave al tacto y se ha convertido en imprescindible en mi rutina de cuidado facial. El único inconveniente que le puedo ver es el precio, pero afortunadamente con poca cantidad es suficiente para hidratar la piel e intuyo que el bote me va a durar mucho.

In overall, I love this moisturiser because in just one step I get a dewy look on my face and my skin stays moisturized all day without any undesired shine or greasy feeling. It has left my skin super soft to the touch and it has become an absolute must-have in my morning sknicare routine. My only con for this would be the price point, but a tiny bit of product goes a long way so I take this moisturiser will really last.
