If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you probably know how much I love natural skincare and that I feel particurlarly drawn to independent skincare brands with transparent and sustainable ethics. I recently had the amazing opportunity to discover SKIN ELIXIR, a very special natural skincare brand.

Intensive Night Cream

Se trata de una crema de noche calmante y antienvejecimiento para pieles a partir de la etapa de la perimenopausia. Esta crema tiene una textura ligera y sedosa que se desliza fácilmente sobre mi piel. Su singular color amarillo da a mi piel un acabado luminoso muy saludable e iguala el tono. This is a calming and antiaging night cream for perimenopausal skin and beyond. This cream has a lightweight silky texture that glides effortlessly onto my skin. The unique yellow color gives my skin a beautiful healthy glow and evens my complexion. The texture and formulation of this nutrient-rich cream works wonders for my very dry and sensistive skin. With a delicate fragrance of grounding cucumber, this soothing cream is a treat for the skin and the senses.

Me encanta el suave efecto refrescante que esta crema da a mi piel, dejándola fresca y calmada antes de ir a dormir. Pero esta crema lujosa no sólo funciona de maravilla para calmar y refrescar la piel sino también como un potente tratamiento antienvejecimiento. Con bakuchiol al 2%, ayuda a reducir pequeñas arrugas, mejorar la elasticidad, rellenar la piel y potenciar la luminosidad. La he estado aplicando en cara, cuello y escote todas las noches durante las últimas dos semanas y mi piel está visiblemente más tersa, flexible y radiante, a la vez que la noto mucho más suave. En particular, he notado una reducción en el enrojecimiento persistente y pequeñas manchas oscuras de mi escote, lo cual me tiene maravillada porque he probado de todo y nada había funcionado hasta ahora.

I love the soft cooling effect this cream provides to my skin, leaving it refreshed, soothed and ready for bedtime. But this luxurious cream not only works wonders to cool and calm my skin but also as a powerful overnight antiaging treatment. Infused with 2% bakuchiol, it helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines, improve elasticity, plump skin and boost glow. I’ve been applying it on my face, neck and decolletage every night for the last couple of weeks and my skin is visibly more plumped, supple and radiant, whilst feeling softer and smoother. In particuar, I noticed a reduction in the stubborn redness and small dark spots in my decolletage, which I’m extremely happy about because I tried everything and nothing had worked so far.

Magnificent Night Oil

Se trata de un aceite facial de noche para rostro y cuello para todo tipo de pieles y especialmente diseñado para conseguir una piel radiante y más joven. Con una textura suave y lujosa, este aceite de noche se adapta muy bien a mi piel súper seca y de aspecto apagado. Me encanta su fórmula no grasa y no pegajosa de rápida absorción y su delicada fragancia herbal que relaja y calma mis sentidos, por lo que es el tratamiento perfecto para mi rutina de noche. Con una mezcla única de aceites esenciales naturales, este aceite facial deja mi piel suave como la seda, hidratada y luminosa.

This is an overnight face and neck oil for all skin types specially designed to achieve radiant and youthful-looking skin. With a dreamy and luxurious texture, this night oil works wonders for my very dry and dull skin. I love the non-greasy, non-sticky formula that quickly absorbs into my skin and the delicate herbal scent that calms my senses, making it the perfect night time skincare treat. El envase de este lujoso aceite de noche es bonito y práctico. Viene en un envase de cristal con aplicador cuentagotas, lo que hace que sea muy fácil obtener la cantidad necesaria sin desperdiciar producto. Aplico una gota en el rostro, otra en el cuello y una tercera en el escote. La textura y la formulación son una maravilla. Este aceite facial consigue que mi piel apagada esté más jugosa y radiante. Con esto en mente, sentía cierto escepticismo a la hora de probar SKIN ELXIR Magnificent Night Oil, pero estoy muy contenta de haberlo probado! Finalmente he encontrado un aceite facial que funciona para mi piel.

The packaging of this luxe night oil is beautiful and practical. It comes in a glass container with a dropper applicator, which makes extremely easy to get the right amount needed without wasting any product. I apply one drop for face, another one for my neck and a third one for my decolletage. The texture and formulation are absolutely amazing. This night oil is making my dull skin look more juicy and radiant. I love oil textures in beauty products. I own many hair oils, body oils, lip oils and face oils, but unfortunately my face skin doesn’t take well oil textures. It ends up breaking out after few days of use and most oil textures sit on my skin forever without getting properly absorbed. With this in mind, I was a bit skeptical to try SKIN ELXIR Magnificent Night Oil, but I’m so glad I did! I finally found a face oil that truly works for my skin.

All Around Eyes Elixir

Este lujoso serum de ojos está especialmente diseñado para minimizar la aparición de pequeñas arrugas, ojeras y bolsas del delicado contorno de ojos. También revitaliza la piel cansada del párpado inferior. Este serum de ojos tiene una textura ligera tipo aceite que se aplica fácilmente sin formar bolitas ni dejar sensación grasa o pegajosa. This luxurious eye serum is specially designed to minimise the appearance of fine lines, dark circles and puffiness around the delicate eye contour. It also revitalises tired-looking under eye skin. This eye serum has a lovely, lightweight oil infused texture that applies effortlessly without pilling or leaving a greasy, sticky feel. I find a little bit goes a long way and a small quantity is enough to cover all my eye contour and get the product properly absorbed. The serum has a delicate natural herbal scent that I find particularly calming.

Me encanta utilizar este serum en mi rutina de noche y aplicarlo antes de mi crema de ojos para maximizar el efecto antienvejecimiento. La textura es muy nutritiva y su formulación con bakuchiol como ingrediente estrella suaviza y reafirma el contorno de mis ojos mientras minimiza pequeñas arrugas. Lo he estado usando a diario durante un par de semanas y siento que mi contorno de ojos está más terso y firme y las arruguitas alrededor de los ojos se ven más difuminadas. Me encanta este serum porque realmente proporciona un efecto antienvejecimiento con ingredientes exclusivamente 100% naturales y su formulación no causa reacciones alérgicas ni irritación a mi contorno de ojos sensible. El envase no sólo es precioso sino también práctico con aplicador roll-on que proporciona un efecto refrescante muy agradable al aplicarlo. Con las temperaturas altas actuales, lo guardo en la nevera para potenciar el efecto refrescante. Lo aplico en la parte inferior de los ojos rodando de dentro hacia afuera dos o tres veces y es suficiente para obtener la cantidad justa de producto. Luego distribuyo el serum  alrededor del contorno de los ojos con pequeños toquecitos con los dedos. Noto una agradable sensación de calor que se disipa a los pocos segundos de la aplicación. Un serum que me está dando muy buenos resultados para combatir los principales problemas del contorno de mis ojos.

I love using this serum in my night time routine and layer under my eye cream to maximise antiaging effects. The texture is very nourishing and the formulation with bakuchiol as a hero ingredient is smoothing and firming my eye contour whilst reducing the fine lines around my eyes. I’ve been using it daily for a couple of weeks and I feel my eye contour is more supple and firm and fine lines around my eyes look smoother and less visible. I love this eye serum because it delivers a true antiaging effect with exclusively 100% natural ingredients and the formulation doesn’t irritate my sensitive and reactive eye contour. The packaging is not only beautiful but also practical with a roll-on applicator that provides a very pleasant cooling effect when applied. With the current high temperatures, I keep it in the fridge to enhance the cooling effect. I apply the serum to my under eyes rolling two of three times from the inner eye corner to the outer one, which enough to get the right amount of product. Then I distribute the serum around the eye contour and gently pat into skin. I notice a pleasant warming feeling that dissipates after a few seconds of application. This eye serum is a really unique and effective treatment to tackle all my eye skin concerns.
